Policies

Lead Time - Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 72 hours in advance for breakfast and lunch. For hot lunches and more elaborate events, 3 days minimum advance notice is requested, however, we will accommodate all late orders to the best of our ability. 

Pickups – All caterings come with the necessary utensils and equipment for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call  Rocio to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick-up equipment, it may be charged to your department.

Additional Services - We can provide additional services such as Wait-Staff, Bartenders, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Cafe Food Service Director for more information.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Delivery - To ensure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 72 hours in advance. Please place all orders by 12:00 p.m. for next day delivery.

Last Minute Orders - We will always accept last minute orders; however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken.

Service Charge / Labor Charge - Any additional labor costs will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For catering orders exceeding 100 guests, an additional labor charge will apply.

Minimum Order and Cancellation Policy - There is a $25 minimum for all delivered orders. All orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Ordering Information- Please complete your order online. A copy will be emailed to the cafe rocio.camacho@guckenheimer.com and the requestor. We will not accept orders via telephone, however if you need help, call us and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.

Note:  8.75% sales tax will be added to all invoices
